Earn stamps at the counter

Each separate paid bill recorded by authorised HNR shop staff earns one stamp, regardless of the number of items in the bill. Nine paid purchases unlock one free single ₹30 Kabab Roll. The free roll does not earn a stamp. Further paid purchases carry forward, and earned free rolls can accumulate.

Redeem your free roll

Log in and generate a reward code when a roll is available. Show it to staff at the shop. Codes expire after five minutes. Staff confirms the code and records the redemption when handing over the roll. A code can be redeemed only once.

Your account

Register using a WhatsApp number you control and create a password. Keep your password and verification request private. Later logins use your number and password. Password resets require fresh number verification. Customers cannot add their own purchases or change their own reward balance.

Menu and account help

The shop updates menu prices, item availability and offers in the app. Contact the shop about an incorrect bill, missing stamp or account details. Requesting account deletion ends access to that loyalty account and its rewards. Call or WhatsApp 8318281118.
