Information we save
HNR The 3 Spices runs this Roll Club app. When you join, we save your name, mobile number, consent time and a salted password hash. We record paid purchases, bill numbers, amounts, dates and free-roll redemptions so the shop can calculate your rewards. We also keep session records and staff activity records to manage account access and transactions.
WhatsApp number verification
You choose to send a unique verification message from your WhatsApp account to the verification number +91 8318281118. For our Business-app Coexistence connection, Meta and YCloud provide the sender number and message event to the app. We match the sender number and code to your pending request. Verification codes expire after ten minutes and are stored as hashes. The app does not save ordinary shop chat content. WhatsApp account data and sent messages are also processed by Meta and YCloud under their own policies. YCloud may synchronise and retain connected shop conversations under its account settings; this is separate from the loyalty app, which stores only the verification proof.
Where the data goes
The app and its database run on Cloudflare. Authorised shop staff can see customer details and purchase history to record payments and redeem rewards. Meta and YCloud process your WhatsApp verification message. These services may process technical request data to operate their systems. Signup does not give permission for marketing messages, and the app does not sell customer data.
Passwords, cookies and request limits
We save a password hash rather than your readable password. Customer login uses a secure session cookie lasting up to fourteen days; staff sessions last up to eight hours. Temporary request-limit records help prevent repeated login and verification attempts. The browser tab temporarily remembers a pending WhatsApp verification so you can return to it; it does not save your password there.
Keeping and deleting records
Account and purchase records support ongoing loyalty balances. Expired verification, session and temporary request records are cleared during normal app use. To request a correction or account deletion, contact the shop. We will verify that the request concerns your account before processing it. See the account deletion instructions below.
